Today was interesting at work.

Today was the Grand Opening of the McDonalds in Camrose, Alberta, where I work. I managed to see Ronald McDonald, Grimace, Hamburgler, and Birdy(the bird character) before I left. Also, 98.1 CAM-FM started broadcasting from outside the main door at 1pm. It was nice to be a part of, even if it was a busy morning! Also, the forty-nine cent hotcakes made for a cheap break!

Finally, a decent idea that should have been put in place a long time ago! I hope Canada follows their lead in this. If I was a doctor, I would be asking my MP to pass something like this in Canada to protect my right to object as well.

I’m in town all-day tomorrow!

Due to my schedule not being in alignment with my parents, I’m going to be stuck in town all day tomorrow. So I don’t think I will be able to blog tomorrow. This is the reason why I haven’t been posting more often lately.

I found a great app.

Today, while in town surfing on the library’s internet connection, I found a great application for making RSS feeds. Best of all, it is free! I think I will use it for Google Base, and probably for a RSS feed for Joffee Hosting, so that people can keep up with the latest news from that division. I may get an infusion for the other sites that creates an RSS feed for the news. I had better hurry up and get done my web-surfing, because my time is almost up. I should be home around 5:30pm.

I hate how stories make going to sleep sound so easy!

I hate how authors in most stories make it look like falling asleep is easy. It is not easy, as I know far too well! I only fall directly asleep when I am super tired, not every night! Usually it takes me at the least a half an hour of resting on my bed before I fall asleep! I wish one author would make a character have sleep issues, then maybe it would make them easier to believe. I mean, who’s going to believe that the character does not have any sleep issues for the whole story or novel? I sure know I don’t!

I know I am probably ranting at something that is too well established to change, but if I can convince at least one author to change this tiny bit, I will be happy with my tiny success.

Back to the grind…

Well, I’m back to grind. I really wish JP would hurry up and take off. Of course, I guess it takes a while for a company that’s 100% online to take-off. I guess I will have to stick it out at my other workplace until that happens.

I am gradually moving all my sites to a new server.

Over the next few weeks, I will be gradually moving all of my sites to a new server. Therefore, please expect the following sites to go down for 3-5 days: Joffee Publishing Inc, Leet Link, this blog, CrawlCache, and FoodRatings, and The Christian Network’s site will also go down for 3-5 days. However, I am currently moving Joffee Folding to its new domain on the server, so when you can no longer access it via sub-domain, you will then be able to access it via it’s own domain. As well, a new website for a new division of Joffee Publishing Inc. will soon be launched.

Today, satellite tv gets installed!

Well, today should be a very good day for me! Satellite tv is going to be installed today, and on Friday, satellite internet will be installed! All in all, it is a very good week so far for me!

I had to reset my laptop.

Today, I had to reset my laptop, because I had forgotten the password for it. Thankfully, I had not stored any important data on it. Resetting it did not take long, nor re-enabling full desktop mode again.

Under a week until I get satellite internet!

It is finally under a week until I get satellite internet! I am so pleased to be finally getting it, and that the fact that my dad will be paying half the cost back to me for getting it! I think I will also be able to take a good swipe at my debt as well come Monday.

Today should be interesting…

Today should be interesting, as I will be in town by 10 am, and I do not work until 3pm. At least I will have plenty of time to get something to eat before work! I am planning on going to the post office and the library before I head to work.

I’ve decided to join PokerStars so I can play games of poker with my friends from HardwareLogic Forums. I may join it’s affiliate program as well, as it looks like a way to increase my monthly income passively. I’d better finish posting this, so I can get to bed, so I can be up by 8 am.

Tonight and tommorrow should be interesting…

Since Dad is working 11pm tonight to 3pm tomorrow, I have to either find my own way into town and back home, or rely on Mom for rides. I know that I can go in with Mom tomorrow at 10 am, and that is fine. Tonight, I hope Mom picks me up from work, or else I will have to take a taxi home.
