I’ve Shut Down Unlimited Fan Fiction for Good

I’ve shut down Unlimited Fan Fiction, and this time that website will stay closed with me as the owner. (If you want the domain to run a fan fiction archive, contact me – I’d be happy to sell the domain to you.) It doesn’t jive anymore with the way I want to live my life anymore so it had to go.

On the other hand, I’m pleased to announce the soon opening of the Disciples of Jesus website. It is a free community for all believers, and it is non-denominational, so leave any denomination-related topics at the door, please. 😉 Besides the forums, it also will contain a link directory for Christian websites.

I’m also pleased to announce the soon opening (later in the week than Disciples of Jesus) of the CityCraft website. CityCraft will be a community focused on modded Minecraft (check the FAQs in the forums for the specific list of mods) and now I’d like to say that the community and myself are not affiliated or associated with Mojang or Microsoft in any way. This is just a free community and modded server for those who enjoy playing the game of Minecraft, though donations will be appreciated (and those who give will not get any in-game bonuses).

I’ve got to work this afternoon and tomorrow afternoon, then have the next three days off. I’m hoping to have the Disciples of Jesus website ready to go by the time I leave today, but it may not open until tomorrow. CityCraft should be done by Friday evening at the latest. 😉

I hope to see you around one of those communities or the next time I post here on my blog! 😉

I’m working on relaunching Unlimited Fan Fiction

Today, I’m working on relaunching Unlimited Fan Fiction, and after I’m done doing that I’m considering doing a live stream for an hour or so as I didn’t do one yesterday (either before or after working at Wal-Mart). It’s a good day for staying inside as the weather outside isn’t very pleasant for outside activities.

I’ve got to set up fandoms, genres, forums, and ranks beside creating a home page, a community guidelines page, and a privacy policy for the new website before anyone can truly enjoy it. The privacy policy is vital considering the GDPR is now in effect in Europe and as I don’t discourage Europeans from joining, I have to abide by its provisions. If I want my sites to be successful, I need to follow the rules and guidelines.

I’d better get to work, so until the next time I post, take care! 😉
